$600.00 to have a Booth
The fee will allow a vendor to have a booth at our event,
advertising at event & on website and allows 2 people to participate in event all meal & snack activities.
$80.00 per additional Person
The Booth fee includes 2 people and Presenter's fee
includes 1 person participating in all event meal & snack activities. Any additional attendees will have to pay $80 ea.
After submitting your payment, please send an email
to bond@ugs.com with
the Vendor name, logo file and the name of the attendees/presenter.

Thank you for your interest in participating
in our one day Midwest Regional Conference Vendor
Fair here in Minneapolis. We are expecting in excess
of 125-130 attendees from over 30-40 companies, that use
UGS PLM software (Teamcenter product, UG, NX, Ideas,
& Solid Edge).
Each vendor will be allowed 10ft of wall space w/elct.,
2 people, one 8 ft skirted table w/chairs available,
free lunchmeals/beverages for 2 people and
recognition, in our the conference Patnership advertising,
on our website ( http://mw.plmworldgroups.org/partners.htm).
The hall way outside the Session rooms will be where the Vendor
Fair will be held and is also where all breaks will be held.
For this we request that you pay a fee of $600 (paid
by 9/25/2009 & not refundable after 10/2/2009)
and furnish a giveaway, to given away at the end of
the conference. The fee will be used to cover all
the food and it will be advertised to the attendees
that the vendors are sponsoring all breaks & lunch.
This is the second time we have offered a Vendor Fair, so the users
can see what else is available to make their company & themselves
more successful.
